Active Warrant Search in Ocean County, New Jersey

Ocean County arrest warrants are subject to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA). As a result, warrants are presumably public. However, public access to active warrants may be restricted pursuant to the OPRA’s exemptions. For instance, active warrants connected to an ongoing investigation may be exempt from public access.
